New Multi-purpose Building
Allen Heintz

Work is progressing very well on the new Products, Tire shop and Technical Center complex.

Monte and his crew have run the storm drains and new sewer lines have been run to the area.

Jason Spooner and his crew have helped in removal of the old concrete and hauling dirt to the new site. It has all been compacted and ready for the footings. At this writing the foundation is being poured.

The schedule of progress looks like this:

The Building will arrive about the middle of January.

Bushong Construction will begin to erect the building; this will take about six weeks.

Then they will thaw out the ground inside and pour the floor. This will take us into about the third week of March.

Then the interior work will begin. We also will be pouring the drive areas around the building as weather permits.

At this time a date is not set for the move in, but it is anticipated next summer.

I wish to thank the Building committee for all their help. We meet every Monday morning going over the progress and looking at any changes to be made.

They are: Greg Ollinger, Denny Gallagher, Jon Peterson, Dave Hostetler, Jeff Banes and Allen Heintz.

Hope everyone has a safe, happy Holiday!
