The Eighth Grade Boys Basketball Team (pictured to the right, below), sponsored by WQI, won the Gold Medal in the Iowa Winter Games in Dubuque and the North America Youth Sports in Davenport. The team was put together by Oats Trenkamp and was coached By Ray Cavanagh.
