Please report all claims promptly to me at the Brooklyn office.
Please report any accident, injury or claim that includes
damages of any sort. Please do not be concerned with
whether or not we are at fault. I have been having some difficulty with claims not being reported when we
are not at fault. When I have no information about the
claim, it makes it hard for me to find out when, where, who,
why, and how. And it makes it difficult for me to deny
those claims that should be denied, if I do not have the
information and resources already available when a bill arrives
that we do not owe. Thanks for your help!
