New full time and new full time seasonal employees are eligible for Voluntary Dental Insurance on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Each new employee has a 120-day window and after that they must sign up during the
Open Enrollment time period.
Open enrollment for full time employees is every Dec. for a Jan. 1st effective date.
Open enrollment for full time seasonal employees is the month they return to work for an effective date of June 1st .

Employees may choose to have extra deductions made for the Flex Plan to cover the Dental Premium or any uncovered cost.
