Flood Repair Project: Fremont Co

Manatts' Sealcoat Crew worked in Fremont County repairing a road that had been washed away by last year's flooding.

Location:
Fremony County
Year Completed:
2012

In the spring of 2011, the Missouri River flooding washed away a road in rural Fremont County.  Manatts' sealcoat crew worked to repair the damage this summer.  The project involved removing silt that had been deposited in the ditches, re-shaping the roadway in the scour holes which were then backfilled with 1850 ton of macadam stone.  Roadstone was then applied followed by sealcoat.  Dirt shoulders where also constructed on the sides of the roadway.
