quality product possible. This is why our Quality Control people are
so busy!
Asphalt Mix:
Manatts complies with all Federal, FAA, State, County, and
Municipal specifications and codes when producing its asphalt mix.
We test in accordance with DOT requirements, at a minimum, on every
single job. Currently Manatts is using the latest asphalt mix
technology available, Superpave. We did one of the first pilot
projects with this mix in the state of Iowa in 1997, just another
example of the cutting edge thinking and abilities of our company.

| plants are capable of producing either Superpave or
Marshall mixes, and our labs at each production facility are fully
equipped to test and assure the superiority of the mix leaving the
gates!
Concrete Mix:
When you order concrete from a Manatts plant rest assured that
you are getting the best mix available. We test aggregates before
they are even added to the mix for gradation, specific gravity, and
moisture. Once the concrete has been mixed it is tested for slump,
and air content. Finally, after the mix has cured, its compressive
and flexural strengths are tested. Simply put, we produce the finest
concrete mix you can buy.
